Cal State Fullerton illustration student Eddie Mendoza led a workshop concerning digital painting and illustration. Open this post for more photos!
Do YOU have an amazing animated film to submit to the 2012 PMC Film Festival? Or a WIP to your amazing animated film? Or even just a short little animation test that is, I mean it’s alright I guess, nothing too crazy though??? Then you are awesome. And we are more than happy to take your entries. Here are deadlines you need to be aware of.

Last night the Pencil Mileage Club hosted the 3rd annual Acting for Animation Workshop with actor and improv coach, Paul Hungerford!
Character animators are the actors of the animation industry. They must embody a personality and produce movements, subtle or extravagant, to convince viewers that the character they see on screen is indeed real.
Paul Hungerford knows a lot about acting for animation, and will be holding a workshop this Wednesday to share everything he knows about the topic. The workshop will include a combination of lecture and improv exercises, so come to learn and have fun!!
